When will pricing be announced?

Can I use RosterMi before then?

Yes. Contact us to request a workspace for your organization. Already have one? Sign in using the workspace name your administrator shared.

Will my setup carry over to a paid plan?

Yes. Your offices, teams, rosters and history stay exactly where they are.

Which plan is right for us?

One team? Starter. Several teams sharing an office? Team. Several departments or companies? Organization.

Do my teammates need to install anything?

No. RosterMi opens in any modern browser. On phones, people can add it to the home screen to get an app icon, offline reading and push notifications.

Does it replace our HR leave system?

No. RosterMi records leave for rostering only, so the plan stays honest. Payroll and formal HR leave stay where they are.

What stops a swap from leaving a day uncovered?

Every swap, claim and give-away is checked against capacity, minimum coverage and required days before it's sent, again when the peer accepts and again when the manager approves.

Can a manager also be on the roster?

Yes. A person can be a manager and a member at once. Their own swaps and claims go to a backup approver, never to themselves.

Where is our data stored?

Your data stays in the database connected to your RosterMi deployment, on infrastructure you manage. If you enable push notifications, they are delivered through browser push services.

How do I get in touch?

Does it track attendance?

No. RosterMi shows planned office days only. There is no location tracking or check-in.
